A look at work ethics
I. Introduction
Work ethics is something that every employees desire. However, the nature of man does not have a commitment of making a company's work ethics seems plausible.
How can workplace ethics or work ethics be inculcated to every employee.
Work ethics is doing what is right and fair as an hired employee. Or it is beyond the limits of what is financially compensated to start with?

2) How should Christian education designed a workplace to have a good work ethic.
3) In what ways, can the local municipality of Montalban can improve its work ethic?
1) I agree with how the video emphasized that work ethics, personal character and ethical behavior at work are interconnected and has a big factor in achieving professional ethical work. If we are wearing a positive characters wherever we go particularly when we work, it attracts other people as well as the organization we work at.
ReplyDelete2). We have to provide rooms that has complete materials and equipments just as how other organizations does, so that workers will work effectively. A Christian education should also make rules and principles that brings only peace and has no favoritism within the workers. When it comes on time managing, there should be a time for work, rest and also for spiritual responsibilities.
3). They should practice more to be the first one to follow the rules they gave. I just noticed that some workers forgot that people are just following what they are doing. Example, in wearing facemask, they will command us to wear facemask, the next day you'll also see them not wearing facemask. It shows ineffectiveness of worker. Aside from this, they should also add more facilities for other workers.

ReplyDeleteFrom the video, I agree that work ethic, personal character, and Ethical behavior at work are interconnected and a key factor in our professional ethical life. Possessing a good behaviors and characters in everything we do, help us to connect with other people easily.
2) How should Christian education designed a workplace to have a good work ethic.
- By applying God's word in making decisions and to do what is ethical and moral at work. There are biblical commands also called principles, biblically desired outcomes and biblical character traits, that Christians need to bring into their moral decisions, actions and developments

By being responsible workers, doing their job responsibly and by being a good role model or example to others specially in their obedience in the policies, rule's and regulations they have been stated.
1. One thing I agree in the video is that work ethic, personal character and ethical behavior at work are interconnected and are key factors in our professional ethical life. Because our personal character affects how we behave at work. So, having good personal character and ethical behavior at work can help us achieve our goals and be successful, and also we can have a good relationship with our co-workers.
ReplyDelete2. Christian education should designed a workplace wherein God is the center in everything. And of course, having respect within your co-workers and employers. Because I believe that when we show positive things to the people around us, they will also do the same and that makes an organization successful and of course focus on the work and tasks and stay motivated.
3. They should build a reputation for being responsible and reliable. They should be responsible to do the things they say they will do. Because being responsible demonstrates a strong work ethic. Be responsible for your actions, accept blames and work on to correct them.
1. I totally agree with this statement, "Whether we have high moral standards or not, most of us don't want to feel that someone else's morality is being pushed on us."
ReplyDeleteAs a human, we choose to make our own moral decisions, however in reality, whether we are aware or not, other people's morality is directly affecting our decisions in life. It is as if the morality of another person is overshadowing your morality. It is impossible to understand ethics without morality in the scene. In short, there is no ethics without morality.
2. Christian education strives to make Christ-like servants those who undergo this course. By that, we can establish a positive and good work ethic in the workplace because we're not merely doing things for ourselves but we always take into account what is beneficial to everyone. As we have adequate knowledge of God's Word, we should be good examples to others and work with efficiency and honesty.
3. Based on what I have observed, those who are in the position, are the ones who often do not follow and exercise a good work ethic. If they are the ones who set a work ethic, it should be seen in them, they should embrace and demonstrate it in everything that they do. They have to be a good example to the employees. If people in a high position are eager to cultivate a good work ethic and carry it out with joy in their hearts, you will see change. Because there is a great possibility that employees in the lower positions will emulate them.

From the video that I have watched it is said that our morality influences our decision making in everyday life. And I agree with that because our decisions are connected with the morality that we have. We decide on our own whether we do the right thing or not and this affects our living.
2) How should Christian education design a workplace to have a good work ethic?
As workers we worked on doing our job right with discipline. In the workplace we will encounter different people with different behaviors. But of course we are not working to please them but we worked to please and to glorify our God.
3) In what ways can the local municipality of Montalban improve its work ethic?
To the workers of the municipality of Montalban or even in our municipality here in Baras. They should do their job with discipline. If they are implementing rules and regulations in their towns they must also obey what they are implementing and be a good example to the citizens of Montalban and Baras.
1. A strong work ethic is an important part of being successful in your career. Work ethic is a set of values based on the ideals of discipline and hard work. Forming good habits such as focusing, staying motivated, finishing tasks immediately, and more helps to create a good work ethic that will impress employers.

3. I think the government can address that if they will make a limit when it comes to imports from neighbouring countries. In that way, local investors will have the opportunity to earn in conjunction with the development of their own country.
1. the things that I agree on the video is this, it is true that in every workplace must have a law that we as a employee we must have a morality in our workplace and we must be organized and good character when we are in our workplace.
ReplyDelete2. as a Christian Educator someday, I think Christian education can designed a workplace to have a good work ethic by, teaching the Word of God or the Law in of God so that the basis of our ethics is the Word of God, and if we do that I think all people or workers can understand and maintain their attitude in their workplace because they have a knowledge about ethics.

I personally agreed that "there is no such thing ETHICS without MORALITY", yes because morality is inner and natural to human life how will you be able to possess ethics if you do not know what morality is. We can nitice that in the end of every lesson you will experienced the question "what is the moral lesson of the story?" something that can you relate and can help you developed your inner ethics.
ReplyDelete2. A workplace that has light atmosphere where everyone can see the image of God who is the beginning of ethics and conduct people will empower their performance to become greater for God and I believed this would be perfect for christian educators to see whom they are working.
3. By conducting a seminar, informing these government staff about the importance of work ethics since phillipine government is issued in the corruption, honesty and integrity is a work ethics not only montalbaños should understand but the whole nation, how will they know if there's no one informing them it should start from upper to lower position of government official of montalban.
