I. Introduction
Everyone has work values. It is professed and practice. It is seen in how we do work and how we value one's work.
But generally people knows they have their work values but has not identified with well.

1. Work values are something that aligns with the sentiments and beliefs associated with your profession or job. These principles are a significant aspect of who you are. It simply implies that your work values will exemplify who you truly are.
Delete2. Yes, of course, if you truly value time, you will strive hard to develop your time managing skills so that you could able to finish your work on time. Time flies too fast that is why it is necessary to know how to manage it appropriately.
3. The work values that I should have to cultivate within me are positive work values such as honesty, service, self-respect, respect for others, peace, and success, loyalty, strong work ethic, and many more. I solely believe that these values will not merely help me achieve, but it will also make my colleagues and company profitable.

Work values are when you are working or practicing the values that you have at work or even at your study. Or in simple words you are doing your work with right manners.

Yes, It will reflect on how we manage our time. If we are doing things responsibly because we value time or we comply with the things that need to be done on time because we know that through our actions these will reflect on us. If we are truly a time oriented person then we will do things before the deadline so that it won't reflect on us negatively.
3) What work values should you cultivate?
Honesty and integrity because it is about doing the right thing even if there is no one watching but as christians we all know that we have big eyes that are watching us on whatever we do in little things or big things, God is watching us.
1. Work values are our beliefs that is related to our chosen career or work. Work values are something that we give value or we give importance in regards to our work. Our work values can determine who we are as a person.
ReplyDelete2. Of course, managing time is relevant when it comes to work, because with time management you can be able to do the given task at the right time, finishing it up early without wasting time and effort.
3. All the positive work values should be cultivated. Being selfless, willingness to help others, respecting them and doing good things to them, and etc. We do this not just for ourselves but for our relationship to other people.
1. Having a good sense of being respectful and having positive attitude towards others,coworkers or even friends. Work Values centralizes our capabilities and attitudes in our profession.
ReplyDelete2.Yes, Time is really important to me, time management occurs if you really give importance to a particular subject or matter. finishing the works on time is really important.
3. Peaceful Attitude, I think i have to give more time and cultivate this part of work values because sometimes its hard to be at peace if you have a coworker that has a toxic attitude. it really gets in to my nerve, so patience is what i was working right now to have a Best Positive Work Values.

ReplyDelete1. What is your personal definition your work values? For me, it describe what he believe, because I think that God is always beside me to guide me. In our life we have different work values that are displayed. It depends on how you apply it in your life, specially in my life.. Like for example time. The start of church is 8:30am you arrive 9:00am and I noticed that you can no longer manage the time. Because we don't follow simple instructions. But if I can exercise the work values that I have it will be changed in the present. The way I talk, the way I think and to collaboration to others and above all we must be aligned with the values of God’s work.

Yes, since this is one of the characteristics of work values, here I am trying to figure out how to handle time management. As an example, my proffesor gives me a task and has time to finish it .. So I am given time for the task given by the Professor. This is how I will describe how to manage time and it will help to pay attention to the things I still have to do ..

For me, work values should me cultivate my self confidence, motivation to learn and do my responsibility.
1. For me work values is the beliefs and behavior of a person in a particular work where a person in. Where in, the values a person have reflect on his actions of who he/ she truly are in his/her workplace.

Yes, because just like what I have written above in number one, the values that a person have reflect on his actions, so if you are a kind of person that time is really matter, then you should manage your time wisely, working hard and doing your very best to your work, than wasting your time in useless and meaningless things, that's not really helping you.
3. For me, the work values that's need to be cultivate is faithfulness in every work or in everything a person does. Because I believe that if you are being faithful to your work, you're going to do your best on your work, and of course if you are a faithful person, you are being true on how you treat other people.

ReplyDelete2. Yes, by simply knowing how to manage your time, you'll know how responsible and hardworking that person is. Like what others said, those person who always value their time are more likely to pursue career that they love. They don't waste seconds to learn, grow and be productive.
3. With my chosen field, aside from positive human values such as love, willingness and respect. I also need to focus more on making difference. In everything I do, there should be a great impact particularly to the people around me.
1. Work values is what I believed in, these values are the guidlines of mine how I see my goal and what principles I as a worker believed. Values that creates the way how should I look my performance and what should I act based on the work I am into, these Values are the core of my specific career.
ReplyDelete2. of course!, when you know what work values you had this could help you to improve your performance, and fuel your time management once you had this, possible that you can finish everything on time that will help you to become more productive, since I am running to be future teacher ofcourse I am expected to know the value of time management and my personal work values are responsible how should I create my time worthwhile in the career I have chosen.
3. I must cultivate the positive work values Respect and faithfullness, as expected in the future and even present I may dealt with different people who has different attitude and characteristics so I must behave my self as a values teacher who teaches values and Godly words, respect is one of the great work values I should possess and cultivate because respect is the image of christianity and also faithfullness, this work value is also one of the thing I should practice over time because it is portraying the love for the job how I faithfully do the task and job given to me and how I manages to comply all the requirements I need to accomplish.

Answer:
We know that work values it is related to your job or everything that you do is you giving yourself or you do something special and the best it because you believe that this work or job is very important in your life. Because sometimes whatever we do it reflects of what kind of a oerson who we are.
2) Does it reflect on how you manage your time?
Yes of course because if we truly value the time we have we will make an extra effort to finish the work and to improve our skills despite of difficulties.

We should have to cultivate everything, all positive work values like your character, behaviour, honesty and the most important is you respect everything that sorround you whatever it is ; things, religious belief, peoples.

ReplyDelete1. for me my definition on my work values is what I react or what is my character on my work place that when I'm in my work place I should be more polite and hard working so that everyone know who I was.
2. For me yes, it's reflect on how we managed our time, because if time is gold in us we can do better in our job and maintain our good healthy lifestyle, because if we are always work overtime it's damaged our health and then makes us not energetic in our work place, but if time is gold in us we can be energetic and fashionable in our workplace.
3. For me I should cultivate in my work values is, first my good character so that I can communicate on the other people much better and friendly, second is the love to others because if we love ourselves we should love other's too so I must cultivate love so that I can be a good person to others, and last is time because if I improve my time management I can be a professional person someday because if I can't manage my time management it's damage my own reputation in my workplace or even my in my lifestyle.

My personal definition of Work Values was about applying the morality I know from the Bible and my basic knowledge and wisdom that I have learned from school, because I believed that my working place will going to measure and challenge me about my capacity to do the job correctly. I will strictly do follow the rules and regulation of the high said person in charge to become a model and a kind of example to others because I will do meet their expectations. I will share that the center of our life, family and work was only the Lord Jesus Christ.
2) Does it reflect on how you manage your time?
Absolutely yes, because discipline is a big factor on how people will change for the better and for the future. There’s no instant in this world, we need to invest time to learn the process and the progress to become an excellent educator for the future.
3) What work values should you cultivate?
The Work Values I will cultivate in my lifestyle and myself was to learn the time management because as a mother of two, it was not easy to send my papers, activities, and assignment on time and sometimes were so early. I was guilty also being late a few minutes because I was sleeping late doing my assign works. I only having free time and get focus when my 2 sons were already sleeping, that’s why time management is hard that I want to improve and cultivate so that I will not practice it to the future as an educator.
