1.Yes! because we need to recognize that they have a personal and professional responsibility to advocate for themselves and their services with the same passion and strength of conviction that they advocate for the students and families that they serve. Doing so is good for kids, the profession, and you!
2. In my school we need to apply the School psychology to work with students, teachers, parents, and community mental health providers to address learning and behavioral problems. School psychologists may counsel at-risk students, train educators on how to create safe classroom environments, and teach parenting skills to students. School psychologists also conduct psychological evaluations and recommend programs to support struggling students.
Many school psychologists also conduct research into topics like behavior management, mental health interventions, and effective instruction. They apply research through evidence-based programs and policies. Most school psychologists work in a public school setting, where they coordinate with teachers, principals, and parents to support learners.

1. Yes definetely. The school should have psychology education which can really help in teaching as well as the reationship between students and the teachers. With the use of this advocate they can help each other to grow and to reach their dreams. It is not only on the academics but as well as emotional status of the students, yet having this advocate will foster the learnings of the students in both thinking and behavior, they will be also strenghten in mind and also in their emotions.
2. I think they should applied in the emotional support toward the students. A lot of students right now are engage in relationship even they are young, that affects their emotions, even inside their home they felt nothing. Emotional support can be an aid toward students who are struggling in their lives, thats why it should be applied immediately.
