      1. Social Justice - is the notion that everyone deserves equal economic, political, and social opportunities irrespective of race, gender, or religion.

      2. Judgement Calls - a choice that you need to comprehend what is the best activity, on the grounds that there is no set in stone answer.

The relationship of personal choice, social justice and judgement calls is that these three help us to decide on what is the right thing that we need to do in a given circumstances. Each person have their own perspective and choices to make, these three gives us the idea on how our choices will affect ourselves and also the people around us.

Social justice- is a political and philosophical theory which asserts that there are dimensions to the concept of justice beyond those embodied in the principles of civil or criminal law, economic supply and demand, or traditional moral frameworks. Social justice tends to focus more on just relations between groups within society as opposed to the justice of individual conduct or justice for individuals.

Judgement calls- The leader’s most important role in any organization is making good judgments well-informed, wise decisions that produce the desired outcomes. When a leader shows consistently good judgment, little else matters. When he or she shows poor judgment, nothing else matters. Of course, it isn’t humanly possible to make the right call every single time. But the most effective leaders make a high percentage of successful judgment calls, at the times when it counts the most.
Over the course of our lives, each one of us makes thousands of judgment calls. Some are trivial, such as what kind of cereal to buy; some are monumental, such as whom to marry. Our ability to make the right calls has an obvious impact on the quality of our own lives; for leaders, the significance and consequences of judgment calls are magnified exponentially, because they influence the lives and livelihoods of others. In the end, it is a leader’s judgment that determines an organization’s success or failure. On a more personal level, it is the sum of a leader’s judgment calls that will deliver the verdict on his or her career and life.

The Relationship of personal choice , social justice and judgement calls is to help us to seek the right thing to do in specific situation. It is true that making decision is the hard thing to do but if you know to yourself the right ones it is best choice to do for a certain situation. Each of us have own choices but with this 3 it will make ourselves comfortable and make the choice worth it so no regrets in the end.

social justice- Social justice may be broadly understood as the fair and compassionate distribution of the fruits of economic growth,
a concept of fair and just relations between the individual
and society, equal rights, equal opportunity and equal treatment. What you give is what you get, you can't expect to
raise your paycheck if you're not doing well on your job.

judgment calls- a decision that you have to make using your own sense of what is the best thing to do, because there is no right or wrong
answer. This is a decision that you yourself has to decide to ease your guilt towards a certain situation or so that the situation would be
    resolved abruptly.

The relationship of those three are that, they we're used to assert a situation and gives us an idea to what are the decision
we need to choose for us to do the right thing. Those three gives us logical ideas, on what might be the effects or what could it affect
when we choose the decision. We are deciding what choices are the best regarding the situation, without us knowing that we are using
whether it is personal choice, social justice or judgment call.

    - the decisions you make on your own on a unique situation. It concerns if it is the best decision to do base on your own principles and beliefs.

    B. Find a relationship between personal choice, social justice and judgment calls.
    - People have their own opinions and ideals not everyone is the same, that is why these three share a common concept. A personal choice of a certain human being roots from their own desires, insecurities or fear. Which may be connected to the social justice that a human wants so with the social justice that a person wants, this is the time to make a judgment call to make things equal for themselves and for everyone. For example is the lining up to fetch a pail of water. Some people line up properly and follow the rules while others don't, that is their personal choice. So with this choices made by everyone, here comes the social justice as to what should be done for everyone to be equal. Then the action of the people will do is the judgment call, some will say that they are in a hurry that is why they cut off the line or some other reasons base from their decisions and instinct, while others will fight for what is right so it is equal for everyone.

Social justice is the power or the privilege of individuals to receive fair and equal treatment in a society no matter what their social status in life. Also this are the justice that deals with wealth, opportunities and privilege of the society.
judgement calls are the decisions in life of an individual in their own unique situations. This practically mean that there are no firm rules or principles that can help you make it, so you simply have to rely on your own judgement and instinct.

    B. The relationship of those three, personal choice, judgement calls and social justice is that these three are most likely the choice you will choose or the trigger of a moral dilemma. Though most of us are choosing are own personal choice due to questions on are social concepts of what is right and wrong. Sometimes are personal choice may be aligned within either the social justice or the judgement calls. You can compare this in the picture as the devil homer is your personal choice versus the angel homer which is the social justice and the normal homer which is you, the person will make the judgment call.

And that goal may differ because each person is unique in terms of beliefs, morality and such. An individual can decide for his/her sake or desires, common good that he/she can also gain, and variety of reasons. The three concept gives an idea of how a certain decision made will produce an outcome that can be right or wrong in personal or societal context.

When we make decisions, we look into at least two things, first is our own choices, ideas or opinion, and next is the idea of the people around us. That is where social justice comes in because we must also keep in mind the view of the society.

Social Justice is referring to the relationship between the individuals and the society in terms of fairness to the distribution of needs, wealth, social right, and social privileges. It also serves as the view for everyone that people deserve equality. On the other hand judgment calls is about the subjective decision of an individual that is based from his/her own experience or view point. It is the decision that you will make for a unfamiliar situation.

In our lives, it is part of our routine each day is to make decisions for the present, future, and even in the past. The decision takes place when it comes to personal choice, social justice, and judgment calls. In personal choice you will a decision that you will benefit and social justice is the decision on having equal rights while the judgment calls is a decision made in an instance of a particular situation like in a sport. Thus, all three are all about the decisions, but differ the impact and benefit it will give. I think all those three are needed in our life because we have own decision, decision for other people, and also an on the spot decisions each situation.

Social Justice gives a standard of fairness between one group and the others. With these groups within the society, economic concepts such as fairness in the distribution of goods, opportunities, privileges and wealth will arise. Speaking about wealth, social justice may also discuss different economic status and its relation to the community standards. It provides equal access of all for all, such as rights and respect.

Judgment Calls will arise when there is a specific situation that you are obliged or needed to decide in between, with no restriction of laws at all, you just need to be subjective and trust your personal thoughts, instincts, opinion and judgement.

Find a relationship between personal choice, social justice and judgment calls.

Social Justice is restricted to the social standards, you need to comply with something that will be said equal for all. Judgement calls have no restrictions at all, it just depend on your own opinion and thoughts. Knowing all the restrictions, you still choose to either comply or ignore the restrictions. It's your choice.

The concept of fair and just relations between the individual and community. This is measured by the overt and implied statements for the distribution of wealth, opportunities for personal activities, and social privileges. Some are insignificant, some are monumental and they can usually get the outcome of judgement calls, amplified exponentially, because they influence the lives and livelihoods of others. In the long run. It is the other people opinion that defines the organization's success or failure.

    3. Social justice focuses on the decisions for the group that conducts its fairness for all while the judgement calls focuses on the decisions base on his experiences. The connection of the personal choice on this matter is that, we follow what it is implemented in the group --- law or certain rule or following your own take because of the personal issues. Personal choice includes decision making within a certain group ( society) or by just the person itself.

Personal choice, social justice and judgement calls have the same denominator and that is decisions. The values of “equal concern and respect” and “freedom” are central consideration in social justice which be justified as part of the principle of maximizing individual freedom of choice. That leads to governmental action also known as judgement calls. The responsibility of governments is to create conditions that are fair to everyone with both a moral and a legal component.

As sad as it might be, some people don't support the idea of social justice, but that is their personal choice and it's up to them what judgement calls to make when a situation arises when they are faced with something connected to their beliefs about social justice. The relationship of the three is that they are all related to freedom of choice as an individual. Social justice affects the personal choice of an individual by giving meaning and idea on what can be done or what to do, then judgment calls is the decision made based from the idea gained by it.

    1. Social Justice - is a concept in which we implement equal rights and equitable opportunities for everyone regardless of religion, gender, social standing, etc. For example is the issue about a thief who belongs in the lowest part of social class in society and a thief who belongs in the highest part of social class in society. Most of the time, those who are on the higher ups could easily escape from their burglary however, those who were forced to steal because of starvation which is a very common situation here in our country, are gravely punished even beyond proper punishment. And this circumstance is an example of social injustice that’s happening in the current time.

    2. Judgment Calls - happen when we decide on situations subjectively that is based on our own experiences, ideas and opinions with relevant knowledge. For example is a team-building where the leader must make good judgments that will result to the team’s desired outcomes.

    B. Find a relationship between personal choice, social justice and judgment calls.

Personal choice is all about choices that comes from our own desires, it involves emotions. And that sometimes, personal choice hinders our judgment calls regarding social justice. Also, it could be the other way around. Social justice could hinder our judgment calls of making our personal choice.

For example is the situation I gave about the rich and the poor. The rich people escape from the punishment of their wrongdoings because it’s their personal choice. And now comes the social justice which says that even the rich people must be punished if they did something unlawful. The judgment call here is that the jury’s choice will be influenced by the power of the rich people. While in the situation of the poor people who stole for their own cause have the personal choice of doing that to survive. The social justice here is that regardless of reasons, law should be implemented. And the jury’s judgment call would be influenced by pitying the poor.

In conclusion, personal choice is about ‘What I want’, social justice is about. ‘What is a must’ and lastly, judgement call is telling us ‘What I think would have the most benefit than the other choices.’

Social Justice has an influence in the creation of a Judgement call. Given an unfamiliar situation we should always consider Social Justice to determine which choice would be suitable for the current situation. Personal choice also takes part in influencing a Judgement call, in times when we are in a situation that makes us pick between two choices, we tend to panic and stick to the ways we already know without even considering the aftermath of what our decision may be. However, with the help of considering Social Justice we can now then know our place and choose the most fitted choice in our situation.

I believe that these three are intermingling with one another in the advent of a dilemma or problem that arises in our society. With the desire to do what if right for the common good.

    1. Social justice is the assertion of the ideal that all humans should have the same rights and opportunities. From access to healthcare to safe spaces to live, social justice aims to level the playing field and eliminate discrimination. The idea behind social justice is that we all have innate value as human beings, and no person’s value is more or less than anyone else’s. Social justice is the equal access to wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society.

Choice and decision are things that are related to personal choice, social justice, and judgment call. Social justice serves as basis for individual's decision. Judgment call deals with choosing base on personal perspective which may seem similar to personal choice but the difference is that judgment call bring the person to moral dilemma. The relation shows that they are the ones which people rely or depend on their decision making. It is difficult for social justice since it deals with equality, choices must consider the sake of other people which may tend to not match with your personal decisions unlike judgment call and personal choice since it lessen the area that it covers. Choosing and deciding regardless if it is personal choice, social justice, or judgment call, will have consequences either positive or negative.

Social justice - Social justice is a concept of fair and just relations between the individual and society, as measured by the distribution of wealth, opportunities for personal activity, and social privileges. In Western as well as in older Asian cultures, the concept of social justice has often referred to the process of ensuring that individuals fulfill their societal roles and receive what was their due from society. In the current global grassroots movements for social justice, the emphasis has been on the breaking of barriers for social mobility, the creation of safety nets and economic justice

In making a judgement call, social justice and one's personal choice can coincide. Since making a judgement call requires our own ideas, we can either choose what satisfies our personal preferences or the one that is socially just. Of course, one's personal choice can also be something that shows justice for all. Personal choices and social justice can both act as key factors in making personal judgement calls. It's between choosing what we prefer vs. what everyone prefer; between what's good for vs. what is in favor of everyone's welfare. In terms of morality, our personal choices can be highly affected by social justice. We consider what is socially just rather than just relying on our personal choices.

    Judgement Call
most important role in any organization is making good judgments well informed, wise decisions that produce the desired outcomes. When a leader shows consistently good judgment, little else matters. When he or she shows poor judgment, nothing else matters. Of course, it isn’t humanly possible to make the right call every single time. But the most effective leaders make a high percentage of successful judgment calls, at the times when it counts the most.

Find a relationship between personal choice, social justice and judgement calls. Social justice and personal choice have a shared goal; human dignity, equally for all. The issues that make social justice difficult to achieve, such as poverty, exclusion and discrimination are in direct contradiction with human rights, which apply to all individuals indiscriminately

    1. Social Justice in my perspective refers to equality and fairness. it focuses on the notion that everyone deserves equality in everything like gender, opportunities, race, religion, etc. Social Justice Allocates the rights and responsibilities in the institutions of our community, which allow people to get the basic benefits of the association.

    2. Judgement call is basically the subject of decision where it gives you authority to act or make a decision on the dilemma or problem.

    B. The relationship of Social Justice, personal Choice and Judgement calls is when you are in a difficult problem. when you are called to make judgement in a social justice and personal choices kind of situation. as said on the video that i have watched "in order to do the right thing, one must know what the right thing is." so social and personal are both different opinions/perspective about the problem. before making judgement you should always analyze the situation to know the consequences of your action. in conclusion, the social justice, personal choice and judgement call are all connected in making judgement in a dilemma.

Social Justice - Social justice is a political philosophical concept originally centered on equality among people along various social dimensions.
Judgment calls - This is the process and basis for what we can call “ethical judgment.” Judgment on an ethical issue will usually depend on two things: values and priorities. In some situations, even people who agree on the same values, will disagree on the decision because a particular situation brings different values into conflict.
The relationship between personal choice, social justice and judgment calls is that it helps us to make better right life choices and all of this are related to our moral dilemma which right and wrong choices are always present and every choices has consequence.

A.1 Justice is the concept of fairness. Social justice is fairness as it manifests in society. That includes fairness in healthcare, employment, housing, and more. Discrimination and social justice are not compatible.

A.2 Judgement call is a situation where you will decide or the decision that you have to make for yourself. Sometimes we encounter events that two people are arguing then you knew to yourself that one of them is wrong or sometimes both of them are wrong. So to be able to settle down the issue, you need to decide and talk with the two sides.

    B. Personal choice is the result of the judgement call where an invidual is deciding by themselves to make a decisions. Social justice is fairness as its manifest in society. For example, there is an innocent man and he accused for something that you knew he is not responsible for, then a woman keep saying that he did something. The side of the people are in the woman. Then there you are, you knew that the man did nothing to the woman. It is time for the judgement call, you will decide what you're going to say and you're going to do. You choose to stand with the innocent man because you knew that he is innocent and that is your personal choice. This scenario may happen vice versa. The relationship between these three had a big impact in your life or in one person's life. So whenever it happens, listen to the both parties and choose to stand with the right one.

Personal choice is the ability to make up one’s mind regarding a particular decision or beliefs. Which we can relate to social justice that everyone deserves equal rights. For instance, during this pandemic, all of you who lived in the same barangay we’re called at one place to get your relief goods from the government. Most of the people waited patiently in their line and some don’t, that is their personal choices. For social justice, what should the barangay personnel must do to the person who doesn’t cooperate and for all of them to received their equal rights. Now, the action of the barangay personnel is the judgement call, if they will call the person who don’t follow the rules or they will just continue their job without giving justice to the others who’s patiently waiting for their turn because their action is based on their point of view or perspective.

His/her personal choice determines the group's success or failure. The decision he/she will provide must conform in each person included in the group and, moreover, benefits the group. We all have different perspectives in life and we need to know what is right and wrong to be fair and equal to all people living in a society so that we can make judgement calls equally.

    1. Social Justice - is a objective of creating a fair and equal society in which each individual matters, their rights are recognized and protected, and decisions are made in ways that are fair and honest. It is about being fair and giving things equally. No matter what race you belong, you deserve fairness and you matter.

    2. Judgment Calls - If you refer to a decision as a judgment call, you mean that there are no firm rules or principles that can help you make it, so you simply have to rely on your own judgement and instinct. For me, this is taking risks. These decisions that are made everyday with judgement is something you don't know if this will turn good or bad. Judgement calls are choices made by the people who don't see the results in world perspective, they/we see things differently.

    B. Find a relationship between personal choice, social justice and judgment calls.

In personal choice, we choose things based on how we see it or often times on how we feel about that. Almost no difference with judgement calls but these calls are having a risk on the line than by just choosing because of personal matters. For me judgement calls have a heavier meaning than personal choice for judgement calls often affect it's society. If we will add the social justice here, social justice for me IS A CHOICE, IT IS A CALL that everyone needs to answer. You can't be fair to someone without you choosing to be fair. We demand this, but we also need actions and pure choices to receive this one.

The call for judgment deals with choosing a personal basis that might seem close to personal choice, but the difference is that the call for judgment takes the individual to a moral dilemma. The relationship indicates that they are the ones people depend on or depend on to make their decisions. It is difficult for social justice when it deals with equality, decisions must take into account the sake of other individuals who, unlike judgement call and personal choice, which prefer not to fit your personal choices because it decreases the area it encompasses. Social justice comes into play whenever you are about to make a personal decision. It always intertwines with whatever you do or whatever you will want in life. It's not a bad thing, it's just that somehow, you'll end up making a decision for the greater good, and that greater good is the society. But how about you, how about our lives? That's when judgement calls and personal choice comes together.

Judgement calls and personal choice can be great, but when you are about to share it with others, it makes your choices lethal to them. It somewhat becomes wrong to them but right for you. Crab Mentality is kind of a perfect example when society doesn't want any of your ideas when you're contributing ideas to them. They pull you down to their opinions when you want to go high with your personal ideas. Society comes up on top before individuality, but sometimes, the idea of what society needs for the greater good comes up on the very top before everything else.

In conclusion, what we need or want in life depends on whether you can apply it on your environment. That is why people always end up having a hard time making decisions, either for the greater good of themselves and their surroundings, or for the greater change they can accomplish for their life.

    A.)Social Justice
as a concept arose in the early 19th century during the Industrial Revolution and subsequent civil revolutions throughout Europe, which aimed to create more egalitarian societies and remedy capitalistic exploitation of human labor. Because of the stark stratifications between the wealthy and the poor during this time, early social justice advocates focused primarily on capital, property, and the distribution of wealth.

    B.)Judgement Calls
A subjective decision, ruling, or opinion. It is a ruling or decision on a matter that is, typically, not simple but that depends upon the judgment or comparison of someone, as an umpire. Leaders are selected by their understandable concept in decision making. People have a rights to judge whether good or bad it depends on their call. Sometimes we are deciding based in the other suggestions, expectations and needs. We think if it's good or bad to help someone or to talk to someone even both of you are strangers. It is just depends on how human intelligence and behavior respond to the others opinion or decision if they will rely on it or they should trust thereselves in making decision, rules and opinions.

Judgement call for me, is where people would have to choose their own judgement in critical times, it depends if people are gonna judge by an objective thought or subjective thought and taking that decision in risky situation.

    B. Find a relationship between personal choice, social justice, and judgement call?

    - First, personal choice is dependent on an individuals' preference.
Second social justice is based on the say of the society which judgement call occur, because justice is a serious matter where people take it seriously and thoroughly in an in-depth manner; an individuals' choice will affect the society as a ripple effect, where one choice can lead to another's choice, due to ethics, social justice is relevant to make personal choice to be holistic to the society.
